2. Patented stator technology
At the end of stator coil, ends of coils differing in phase and extending out of the notches are uniformly wrapped half with H-level insulation films and insulated tapes along the root of wires, contributing to improving insulation strength and mechanical strength of ends.
Ends of stator and each outgoing coil are processed, and the end of outgoing line of each coil is reshaped, and the stator end of each ENGGA generator is provided with an extra insulated end hoop, while each coil specially reshaped is effectively fixed on the insulated end hoop, which makes the end coil form a whole with excellent strength to effectively prevent or resist the stator end from falling apart in the presence of impacts from loading or broken circuit or short-circuit.
3. Patented rotor technology
Patented triple insulated structure for rotor coil wire:
Bottom: H-level insulation film wrapping;
Intermediate: Wrapped with insulated glass fiber
Outer: Soaked in high-quality insulated paint, and then dried.
It can effectively enhance the insulation among turns or layers of the rotor, as well as moistureproofness and anticorrosion, at the same time, the lifespan, reliability and environment suitability of the generator are improved greatly, so the generator is especially suitable for use in high damp and hot environment, subtropical zone, sea islands, chemical industry and dyeing and weaving conditions.
4. Rotor segmented V-shaped wing support block
We fully take the swollen extension of rotor flat copper wire caused by high temperature in operation into account, the design of segmented support block in EG series generator has enough space left to prevent insulation damage and burndown of generator caused by hot expansion and cold contraction and deformation of flat copper wires.
5. The structure of arranging excitation system in rear shell is good for relieving workload in maintenance and repair, and the electrical machine is available for exchange of single-bearing structure and double-bearing structure, and enjoys strong matching property.
