Overview
The hydro-generator units made by our factory is a new generation TH type single-phase、three-phase and alternating current (AC) synchronous generator with automatic voltage regulator , and applies to inland rivers, household lighting or standby power of power supplying.
This series of three-phase generator is the neutral line star connection, with line voltage 400 V and phase voltage 230 V, frequency 50 HZ, power factor of 0.8 (lag). The single phase generators do not take neuter line (that is, regardless of "Null line" and "live wire"), output rated voltage is 230 V, power factor is 1.0. The generator could be directly or using triangle belt connected with prime motor. The generator can be operated in reverse sides to continuously maintain the rated rotation.
1.structure and advantages
This series of generator is the protected horizontal structure, the protection standard is IP22 , with rotating magnetic field method、controlled excitation、small volume and high precision; both the base and cover of generator is made of cast iron and durable; The stator core is laminated by 0.5mm thick good-quality silicon -steel sheets, the pole core is laminated by 1mm thick electrical steel, the wire is high strength enameled wire with class B insulation, and with special treatment of mould-proof, moisture-proof, salt-fog preventing and so on . The materials being used are high-quality and low-toxic. The junction box of generator is assembled on the top of base, the voltmeter of the junction box can be removed and installed freely( it can be removed and hang on the wall or switch board) ,this design can effectively prevent the voltmeter shake and breaking down . The overall structure is simple,durable, easy maintenance, etc.

The three- phase SGTH, harmonic excitation automatic voltage stabilizer (A.V.R) with brush belt. The circuits is advanced and simple; The A.V.R performances steadily and reliably; Adjusting accurately; Waveform distortion is less; Protecting function is designed perfectly. Adjustment rate of steady-state voltage can amount to 1.5%; the adjustable rate changes within 10% and the voltage value can still maintain around rating value.
